uLead Dress Code

The spirit of these rules and guidelines are to provide a healthy, wholesome, non-distracting environment for all. Our guiding principle is Philippians 2:3-4, “Do nothing out of selfish ambition and vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.” So, if you’re not sure whether you are dressed appropriately, in the interest of others, please wear something else.

Dress Code: Neat, Clean, and Modest

Recommended Attire: Nice casual. Khakis, good jeans. Skirts and casual dresses are fine. Shirts/blouses with collars are preferred. Nice t-shirts are okay.

Neat: Long shirts tucked in, shoes tied. No ‘fashionable’ holes or tears.
Clean: Well, u know. Look good, smell good :)
Modest: Dress/skirts must be below knee.
No shorts, sleeveless tops, tight fitting or clingy clothing.
No visible underwear or midriffs when arms are raised.
No excessive jewelry, piercings, tattoos or altered hair (color or styles) that draw undue attention to one’s self.

Be forewarned! A disregard for the dress code will result in wearing our “uCover-up!” attire or we will have to dismiss u. :-(
